Poor little Rainbow was having another heartbreaking day with her young mother, Libby. Rainbow was still tiny, helpless, and desperately wanted her mother’s love, warmth, and protection. But unfortunately, Libby seemed to have very little patience with her little baby.
Whenever Rainbow tried to approach her mother for comfort, Libby harshly pushed her away. The frightened little baby cried loudly, reaching out with her tiny hands and desperately begging her mom to hold her. Instead of comforting Rainbow, Libby continued treating her roughly, leaving the poor baby confused and heartbroken.
Rainbow didn’t understand why her own mother was behaving this way. All she wanted was a little affection and a safe place in her mother’s arms. Her frightened cries echoed through the trees as she struggled to stay close to Libby.
But someone had been watching everything!
Big Aunt Katrina noticed the terrible treatment Rainbow was receiving. She could no longer tolerate seeing such a tiny, innocent baby being mistreated. Katrina immediately approached Libby, showing her anger and making it clear that her behavior was unacceptable.
When Libby continued acting aggressively, Katrina suddenly lunged forward and bit her in a fierce warning. It was a dramatic confrontation! Katrina seemed determined to teach the young mother a lesson: she must never hurt little Rainbow like that again.
Meanwhile, poor Rainbow was absolutely terrified by the confrontation. She watched the two adults fighting, not knowing what was happening. The tiny baby remained frightened, looking around with tearful eyes.
After the confrontation, Katrina moved closer to Rainbow and gently stayed beside her. At last, someone was standing up for the helpless little one!
Hopefully, Libby would learn from this frightening experience and become a gentler, more patient mother. Rainbow deserved love, protection, and tenderness—not fear and rejection.
Every tiny baby deserves to feel safe in their mother’s arms. ❤️🐒
